I had a very good experience with Dr. Galida. He was professional and explained every aspect of my dental needs. I was treated very well and would have no problem recommending this dentist to anyone. I have no insurance and the rates were expained before hand and were very reasonable.
Long story short: Waste of Time! Very unprofessional and uncaring. Tried scheduling appointments, they gave me the run around and finally gave me and appointment. I was unable to go to my scheduled appointment and called ahead to make them aware. The rude receptionist said ok and hung up. 20 minutes later she called back ( I assumed to reschedule) She advised since I could not make my appointment that they would not see me and that I shouldn't ever try and reschedule with them. I asked why, she said the doctor said he did not have the time time to waste with my family and that I would need to try a different dentist!! Very rude and I'm glad I never made it in the chair! As stated by others crooked business in a small town!!
